The services
Consulting and implementation of AI systems, delivered per a written proposal agreed with each client.
Free content (guides, community, newsletter) is provided as-is, without warranty of specific results.
Engagements & payment
Every paid engagement starts after a free diagnostic and a written scope with pricing.
Invoices are payable per the schedule in the proposal. Late payments may pause work.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client owns the deliverables built specifically for them (automations, agents, dashboards, content).
Giannis Margetis retains the right to reuse general know-how, patterns and non-client-specific components.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site: no scraping for spam, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful use of provided material.
Community access may be revoked for harassment or spam.
Limitation of liability
The site and free content are provided “as is”. Nothing here constitutes financial, legal or medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes fall under the courts of Athens.
