To respond to your inquiry and prepare your free diagnostic.
To send community content you explicitly opted into (newsletter, Discord invite).
To understand aggregate site usage and improve the content.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.
We never share your details with third parties except the processors strictly required to operate the site (hosting, database, analytics).
Data storage & retention
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the EU.
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time through the contact form on this site.
You may withdraw consent for the newsletter with one click in any email.

No tracking cookies are set beyond the anonymous analytics described above. No advertising cookies, ever.
